trying to upload a gif but keep getting an...

the gif i’m trying to upload is the right size for tumblr and everything but everytime i tried to do it it says Error Uploading Photo. i tried switching browsers, restarting the internet, etc. does anyone have any tips? anything will be appreciated ;]
