Okay so most of you who know me personally know that I cannot live without two things, the New York Yankees and Boy Meets World. When the two combine, I just cannot hold my emotions, and this picture shows former Yankee pitcher Jim Abbott on the set of Boy Meets World from the first season with Ben Savage (aka Cory Matthews). Jim Abbott is really an inspiration, for he was born without a right hand. When he pitched, he had to hold the glove with the nub and then slide the glove on after the ball was thrown. Although many thought he would not make it due to his “condition”, but he proved them all wrong. Now when I say that, I mean he did it in an unbelievable way. He threw a No-Hitter with the Yanks on September 4th, 1993. <3
